Active Stretching
Starting with directed and specific stretches to warm up muscles and prepare them for usage.
Restorative Strengthening
Using varying degrees of innovative isotonic/isometric exercises, plyometrics, and free weights. Sessions will be determined and made appropriate through course of treatment.
Passive Care Treatment
Consisting of passive stretching, orthopaedic massage, myofasical work, active release therapy, trigger point therapy, cold therapy, all to be determined through course of treatment.

With the continuing need for the research and development in caring for those with acute and chronic disabilities, Anthony and other Physiologists work with clients in hopes of assessing, treating, and learning about disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Treating in both the inpatient and outpatient setting, they work either independently or in conjunction with other health care practitioners in performing a comprehensive physical and functional assessment and then treat by prescribing and monitoring a functional or restorative plan. They care for acute cases such as musculoskeletal injury, various forms of arthritis, and post-operative maintenance. They also tend to congenital or chronic afflictions such as on-going musculoskeletal distress, debilitating/incapacitating injury, hindering neuropathies and myopathies. The underlying goal of all their on-going research and interventions is to improve quality of life, and general prevention.
